Terms and Conditions

I/we, the registered participants, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the South Australian Wooden Boat Festival, Alexandrina Council, event sponsors, organisers, officers, employees, volunteers and agents against all actions, claims, costs, expenses, losses or damages arising from participation in the Festival and agree to comply with all directions issued by Festival organisers and authorised representatives.

I/we acknowledge that participation is at the Festival's discretion and that organisers reserve the right to allocate, relocate or alter moorings, berthing arrangements and vessel placements at any time. Requests for specific moorings cannot be guaranteed.

I/we acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable.

I/we warrant that the vessel is seaworthy, complies with applicable maritime safety requirements, and is covered by appropriate insurance for the duration of the Festival.

I/we understand that Festival programs, activities and vessel participation arrangements may be amended, postponed or cancelled due to weather, safety, operational or other circumstances beyond the organisers' control.

I/we consent to photographs, video recordings and details of the vessel being used by the Festival and its partners for promotional, marketing and archival purposes without further notification or compensation.
