Signal Point and Yuntulun Ku:li-war

Located within the historic Goolwa Wharf Precinct, the Signal Point Experience Centre is located where the river ends, and the stories begin.

The permanent Yuntulun Ku:li-war exhibition showcases Ngarrindjeri culture, European history, especially as it relates to the Wharf, and learning opportunities about the health of the Murray Darling River system and ecologies.

Yuntulun Ku:li-war translated from Ngarrindjeri means ‘coming together on the headland’.

During the Festival, a range of cultural events and exhibitions take place in the Signal Point Experience Centre. Past highlights have included Ngarrindjeri basket weaving workshops and exhibitions forming part of the Festival Art Trail.
